Our Mechanical Sorting Process
Discharge and Disassemble
EV batteries are discharged and disassembled at our processing center.
Shredding
The battery is then shredded under inverted pressure conditions with an automated dust filtering system to maximize safety.
Drying
The shredded materials are dried under low temperature heaters where organic battery electrolytes are evaporated.
Sorting and Collection
The remaining solid materials are sorted into fractions, collected in the form of pellets, packaged, and prepared for delivery to other facilities.
